Can my friends or family visit me during the program?

There are two public events held on the last day that friends and family may attend: the Capitol Program and the Awards Convocation. Outside of these two events, outside visits the flow of the program and are not allowed. Due to the packed schedule, any distraction inhibits the experience for Citizens.
